Bryson Eubanks-Public Benefits Specialist
Bryson joins us from the prestigious Elder Law Practice of Attorney Timothy Takacs in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Tim Takacs was one of the first Elder Law attorneys in the nation to assemble an interdisciplinary team of experts to provide integrated care for his elderly clients. His innovations transformed the practice of Elder Law in the United States and have set a new standard of excellence in the field of Elder law.
Bryson brings with him seven years of in-depth experience in Elder Law & Public Benefits Planning. In addition to his seven years with the Elder Law Practice of Timothy Takacs, Bryson spent two years as a Counselor for the Tennessee Department of Human Services where he helped determine client eligibility for Medicaid and other Public Benefit programs. Bryson earned a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He is currently in his second year of Law School.
Bryson became interested in helping elders after watching his family struggle to care for his great grandmother during her last years. He decided to dedicate his career to gerontology after completing an internship at a nursing home during college. He is passionate about helping the elderly and their families enjoy the best possible quality of life.
